How to Order
To place a service request order please follow these instructions for payment and shipping. Find the service you would like to have done to your marker, purchase and pay for it through PayPal then ship your markers in a box enclosed with either your Confirmation number or your printed receipt to:

You are responsible for the shipping process to us and we will use the shipping fee you paid at the time of order to return the marker by USPS Priority insured with delivery confirmation to you. We will contact you with any questions or information regarding your marker as the service is carried out and call you on the day that it ships out.
